Synopsis
Based on the Hollywood movie “Little Boy”, Bollywood movie “Tubelight” is set in the 1992 Indo China war. The movie is produced by Salman Khan and Kabir Khan. Movie is written and directed by Kabir Khan. The star cast include Salman Khan and Chinese actress Zhu Zhu. Julius Packiam and Pritam scored the music of the film
The story of the film finds its origin in Mexican filmmaker Alejandro Gomez Monteverde’s 2015 war fantasy film Little Boy. In the movie ‘Little Boy’ the hero finds unlikely friends among the Japanese, an enemy of the allied forces during the World War ii. Kabir Khan turned the story into Indo – China war of 1962
This is Zhu Zhu’s first Bollywood appearance. Zhu Zhu began her career as a MTV China music program host after winning a local singing contest in Beijing.
She also acted in movies such as, What Women Want, The Man with the Iron Fists, Shanghai Calling, Secret Sharer and Cloud Atlas, The Old Cinderella and Last Flight
